MHA Administrative Fellows

The UIC MHA program's Fellowship Support Program is offered to current students through assistance in their applications to administrative fellowships for the upcoming year. Nearly 80 percent of students who participate receive and accept offers to local and national Administrative Fellowship Programs.

Bruna Borrelli Aleixo is the Administrative Fellow at Endeavor Health. The Endeavor Health Administrative Fellowship is a one-year, project-based program designed to immerse you in healthcare administration and leadership. Throughout the fellowship, you’ll support strategic and operational initiatives, developing the skills necessary to drive innovation and enhance efficiency in patient care as a future healthcare leader.

Jesse Ditzler is the Administrative Fellow at Guthrie Healthcare, which operates in both Pennsylvania and New York. During this fellowship, fellows work on developing a system-wide policy for catering services, leading the community pilar of the DEI committee, and serving as a leader in the Young Professionals Network.

Rukshana Gupta is an Administrative Fellow at Northwestern Medicine. The Harrison Administrative Fellowship program is a highly visible two-year project-based experience that focuses on developing emerging leaders through exposure to a nationally ranked healthcare system. Fellows have the opportunity to lead and participate in multiple projects across the system based on their interests, learning objectives, and professional goals. The broad exposure, extensive project work, and expanded professional network prepare fellows to transition into a managerial role during the course of the fellowship program.

Grace Jennings is an Administrative Fellow at UCLA Health. The UCLA Health Administrative Fellowship is a 12 month project-based and action-oriented program that encourages learning across all aspects of health care delivery. As an Administrative Fellow, you will attend executive leadership meetings, be involved in array of enterprise-wide initiatives, and lead projects for the organization. The Administrative Fellowship is sponsored by the Chief Operating Officer, where you will serve as a valued member of their operations team.

Kenzie Keisler is the Administrative Fellow at PrimeCareHealth Community Health Centers. This is a one-year project-based experience with broad based exposure to health delivery and operations management at Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs). The fellow is paired with each Chief during their rotation to engage and lead a wide variety of department and organization-wide initiatives and projects. The fellow works closely with the Board of Directors and is involved with the community PrimeCare health serves.

Delaney Razo is the 68^th Administrative Fellow at Mercyhealth of Illinois and Wisconsin. This is a one year, project-based, system-wide fellowship allowing for fellows to have opportunity at all Mercyhealth hospitals and over 85 primary and specialist care locations, home health and hospice, retail services and a wholly owned insurance company depending on fellow’s interests. Fellows participate in high-level discussions regarding strategic and operational impacts to the system, mentoring from executive leadership team, provide support to the systems hospitals and clinics, as well as gain exposure to health insurance, community outreach initiatives and accountable care organizations.
