Alumni Council
Thank you for your interest in the SPH Alumni Council. The Alumni Council comprises a group of alumni focused on developing a strong social network for SPH students, recent graduates, and alumni. The Alumni Council focuses on increasing the visibility of UIC SPH and the network of alumni.
At this time, we are not accepting new applications to join the Alumni Council. Applications will be open in the future.
Mission Statement
The UIC SPH alumni council engages prospective students, current students, and alumni to support UIC SPH. It fosters academic and professional growth, mentorship, public health engagement and action, through connections within Chicago, across the nation, and around the globe.
The purpose of the UIC SPH alumni council is:
- To promote public health as a career choice and specifically UIC SPH for undergraduate and graduate learning
- To provide mentorship, professional connections, and growth opportunities for current students and alumni
- To maintain and strengthen engagement of UIC SPH alumni within Chicago, across the country, and around the world through special in-person and virtual events
