Transferring Credits
Admission as a certificate student does not guarantee admission to any of the College of Pharmacy or School of Public Health degree seeking programs. Students may transfer all credits earned in the certificate program towards the fulfillment of degree requirements in the Department of Pharmacy Systems, Outcomes and Policy or Division of Epidemiology and Biostatistics the event they apply and are admitted to a degree program. To transfer credits, the student must earn a minimum letter grade of “B” or above in all the Pharmacoepidemiology Certificate courses. Students must attain a 3.00 grade point average (on a 4.00 point scale) to receive the Pharmacoepidemiology certificate.
