About
Alextia Brann is a Project Manager on the CBRE Sustainability Consulting team. She collaborates with CBRE project management teams, asset services, and real estate clients to deliver Sustainability Consulting Services for ESG reporting and rating systems such as LEED, WELL, GRESB, BREEAM, IREM, and Fitwel. With over five years of experience in the Certification and Sustainability industry, Alextia is adept at analyzing data, applying quantitative and qualitative reasoning, and conducting risk assessments. Her attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to structure and execute project steps ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
Before joining CBRE, Alextia worked at a large non-profit organization in the sustainability sector as the lead coordinator for training and education efforts within their Building Water Health Program. Her work focused on improving the management of waterborne pathogens, including Legionella, in water systems. She supported organizing one of North America’s largest Legionella conferences, conducted technical assessments of complex water systems, and evaluated engineering and process control measures for risk mitigation. Additionally, she developed written recommendations and plans to assist infection preventionists and facility teams in hospitals, health departments, and commercial buildings with outbreak mitigation strategies.
Alextia has also provided sustainability consulting services to clients across various industries, including furniture, stone, carpet, resilient flooring, roofing, and wall coverings. Her expertise includes environmental product declaration verification and product certification, further showcasing her comprehensive understanding of sustainability practices and certifications.
