Release some stress and experience the benefits of two breathing practices- belly breathing and a body scan meditation. Whether you hold on to stress in your shoulders, jaws, hands, or elsewhere in the body, this session will guide you to use the sensations in your body to "anchor" your awareness and release stress.

No prior mediation experience needed.
