Download iCal FileA sound meditation or sound bath is a practice where sound is used as a tool to promote relaxation, focus, and mindfulness.
Join Michele for a 10-minute sound meditation using crystal singing bowls, which can calm the mind and create a meditative and relaxing state.
Yoga mats are available for all attendees, but you may want to bring an eye mask and wear layered clothing, as the room can be chilly at times.
The sessions run for 30 minutes, including set-up and meditation time.
Students, staff, and faculty are welcome to attend.
