This workshop, led by the SPH Wellness Specialist, will help students recognize the signs of burnout in themselves and others, offering practical strategies to combat stress and prioritize well-being. Students will be encouraged to create personalized self-care plans, develop healthy habits, and foster resilience. Students will have the opportunity to share experiences and gain insights into how to maintain balance, avoid burnout, and thrive throughout their academic journey.
