About
Amber Uskali has worked to provide high-level management across a portfolio of CDC-funded research and evaluation projects at the Institute for Health Research and Policy and the School of Public Health. As assistant Director for the Policy, Practice and Prevention Research Center, she oversees a collection of CDC Prevention Research Center grants, develops stakeholder relationships, engages in long-term planning, and manages communications and products across projects. Previously, she served as the Deputy Director for the Illinois Prevention Research Center and has worked to evaluate the Illinois Department of Public Health's We Choose Health Initiative and the Respiratory Health Association of Metropolitan Chicago's Communities Putting Prevention to Work grant.
Amber received her Master of Public health from the University of Illinois at Chicago, School of Public Health.
