Josh is currently a Managing Partner at Praxis Institute and has served on the faculty at the school of public health since 2015. Josh has nearly 20 years of experience in the fields of public health, education, and positive youth development.
Josh regularly teaches 2 courses for the Public health undergraduate program: Health Literacy and Public Health and Global Societies. In 2017 he received the Silver Circle Award for excellence in teaching.
Josh has worked for many years in the field of positive youth development including serving as the Chief Program Officer at Mikva Challenge. Josh has had the privilege to also work and live internationally including 1 year in Chile where he worked on a fellowship with the organization: Educacion Popular en Salud. For 3 years Josh lived and worked in Mumbai, India, where he developed the UNESCO PeaceBuilders Fellowship program and served as Program Director of a ground-breaking Primary Education Program at 321 Education Foundation. Josh continues working across geographies and initiatives to develop quality programs and achieve well-being, equity and joy.
