Carlos Millan (he/him/his) is the Promotora de Salud Supervisor at The Resurrection Project, where he supervises a team of 15 community health workers. He graduated from Lakeland University with a Bachelors of Arts and earned a Master’s of Art degree in Spanish Literature and Culture from Marquette University. Before his current role, he was a Board of Immigration Appeals Accredited Representative from the Department of Justice and a Community Liaison for Illinois State University’s education majors.
He is interested in speaking on topics such as COVID-19, contact tracing, public health training, youth trainings, mental health in COVID, and working in non-profits.
