About

Minji is a doctoral student in the department of Community Health Sciences (Maternal and Child Health concentration). She received her BS in Neuroscience (2015) and her MPH in Health Behavior and Health Education (2018) from the University of Michigan. Prior to the program, she worked on research monitoring the effects of diethylstilbestrol on pregnant women and their children from the 1950’s, contraception care access, and breast cancer. Her research areas of interest are reproductive justice, patient-provider relationship, implicit bias, and contraception.
