About
Dr. Ibrahim is a nationally recognized subject matter expert in establishing policy and guidance to maintain high standards of public safety readiness and resiliency. He has more than 15 years of leadership/executive-level experience in Public Health Preparedness; National Security; Emergency Management; Force Protection; Occupational Health and Safety; Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery; Crisis Risk Management; Hospital Preparedness; Critical Infrastructure Protection; Clery Act/HEOA compliance; and Project and Operations Management.
He has designed, developed, and implemented performance-based homeland security training and exercises for the U.S. Armed Forces, Institutions of Higher Education, Healthcare Systems, Metropolitan Health Departments, Financial Services, Aviation, U.S. Energy Infrastructure, and Manufacturing.
Committed to moving the field and discipline of National Security and global preparedness forward, he oversees the academically rigorous curriculum to ensure overall cohesion, and enhance its effectiveness as a professional, graduate-level educational endeavor. He has taught a wide variety of professionals including managers and executives from various industries, CEOs, government and military officials, leading physicians and health and safety professionals.
