Emma works across internal and external stakeholder groups to provide leadership and oversight for the development, implementation, and evaluation of a strategic communications, marketing, and public relations program that will strengthen the reputation, brand, and identity of the UIC School of Public Health. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Loyola University Chicago and her Master of Science in Communications from Northwestern University.
