Undergraduate Information Sessions
Information sessions and other events for prospective undergraduate applicants to the School of Public Health are offered throughout the year. These events offer an opportunity to learn about our programs and the wide range of possibilities available to you during your studies and after graduation. Session topics may include: overview of the public health arena; unique features of the BA/BS in Public Health; public health career opportunities; the application process; and time for questions and answers.
There are two types of information sessions offered:
- First-Year Sessions - geared toward current high school students or those who have graduated from high school but have not yet attended college (excluding any dual enrollment credit earned while in high school).
- Transfer Sessions - geared toward both prospective transfer (i.e., students who have attended another college or university) and intercollege transfer (i.e., current UIC student) applicants.
Our advisor-led Fall 2020 general information sessions have concluded. Please check back for Spring 2021 dates or view other related opportunities available below. If you would prefer to arrange an individual virtual meeting, please contact Kevin Price, Undergraduate Academic Advisor, at firstname.lastname@example.org or submit an individual meeting request. We look forward to connecting with you!
