About
Ed has spent a majority if his time serving UIC as part of the School of Public Health (SPH) where he has served in multiple roles since joining the school in 2012. Joining SPH with a background in secondary education from a small liberal arts college, Ed tries to bring the same methods and mindset to the programs he serves. Complimented with his UIC Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree, Ed is passionate about helping contribute to healthier communities by guiding the next crop of public health leaders to meet their educational and professional goals so they improve their own communities.
Public Health areas of interest include climate health, community health, environmental health, pollution, workplace safety, and workplace stressors.
