We need to concentrate on the wellness of ourselves, as providers, to make sure we’re able to come back the next day, and the next day, and the next day, and the next day. One of the things we’re constantly talking about is how do we balance the demands we’re facing, the requests we’re facing and being very real about the supplies that we have. It’s a group effort, it’s a team effort, there’s no one agency that can respond to this.
