Poster Abstracts
Welcome to the UIC SPH Research and Scholarship Week Poster & Abstract Submission Form!
Virtual competition poster and abstract submission details:
- All students participating in the UIC SPH Research and Scholarship Week are required to submit an LOI by April 5, 2021.
- All poster and abstract submissions must be submitted by close of business on April 12, 2021.
- Posters and abstracts should be submitted as a combined PDF that contains the following information:
- Page one of the PDF document contain the abstract that accompanies your poster.
- Page two of the PDF document should contain your poster in horizontal format
- All files should be saved and named under the following format: Last name of the first author, first name initial of the first author, 2021poster. For example, if your first author is John Del Toro then you would title your PowerPoint deck and PDF files under the name “DelToroJ_2021poster.”
- Below, you will find an upload fieldfor your file. Please note that it can be up to 14MB.
- A link to all posters entered in the competition will be published on the SPH website. Presenters should plan to monitor their posters and respond to questions from judges from April 19 to April 23. Judges will be limited to a set number of questions per
- Poster awards are expected to be announced by email and on the website on May 5, 2021.
- Should you have any question regarding the format of the PowerPoint or how to convert your file to a PDF format, please contact us prior to the deadline via email.
