About
Elizabeth joined The Collaboratory for Health Justice in May 2021 as an applied practice experience student. She is currently pursuing her Masters of Public Health in Community Health Sciences and has an anticipated graduation date of Spring 2022. Elizabeth has lots of interests in health equity, social injustice and health inequality in communities. She also completed her Bachelor of Arts in Public Health here at UIC and graduated in 2022. She is a graduate assistant for the UIC Campus Housing Public Health Team. In this role, Elizabeth has been able to play a role in slowing down the spread of Covid-19 among UIC campus residents. She is responsible for supervising staff and ensuring the safety of residential students during this unprecedented time.
