Reopening Plans for Restaurants
Dr. Peter Orris, professor of environmental and occupational health sciences and chief of occupational and environmental medicine at UI Health, was featured in the publication Restaurant Business on strategies for reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic. Orris stressed restaurants need to be flexible to adapt to changing conditions.
There’s no best answers, but certainly there is a best approach. Pre-think it out.
