SPH Healthcare Transformation Collaboratives Team
Description: Illinois launched the Healthcare Transformation Collaboratives program in 2021 to improve healthcare outcomes, reduce healthcare disparities, and realign resources in distressed communities throughout Illinois. Jointly, the School of Public Health and Institute for Healthcare Delivery and Design at the University of Illinois Chicago aims to evaluate priority themes and lessons learned from the HTC program.
SPH HTC Team Members:
- Drs. Nathaniel Tran, Aryn Phillips, Emily Stiehl, and Sam Marinello (HPA)
- Drs. Sanjib Basu, Ron Hershow, Saria Awadalla, and Media Wang (Epi-Bio)
- Dr. Kris Zimmerman (CHS and Division of Health Research and Evaluation, UIC College of Medicine Rockford)
This event is offered in-person in SPHPI Room 160 or virtual via Zoom. For in-person attendees, lunch will be available starting at 11:30am in the SPHPI Wellness Space (Room 157). Please RSVP in advance and indicate whether you will attend in-person or virtually.
