Download iCal FileThe National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) is coming to Cook County! Participate in the Dry Run event on Wednesday, July 22 to help us kick off the NHANES data collection in Cook County.
The health exam may include height/weight measurements, blood pressure, a hearing test, a vision test, a bone density scan, oral health assessment, blood draw, or a urinalysis. Participants will receive preliminary results that day and should expect the appointment to take up to 3 hours. Each participant will receive a $75 gift card.
Who's eligible?
- English-speaking
- Over the age of 18

Time slots are available at 8am, 8:30am, 9am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, 1pm, and 1:30pm.
