In our Intro to Mindfulness course, you’ll discover simple, effective tools for managing stress, all while building a supportive community. Over four weeks, you’ll develop skills to bring more calm and focus into your day-to-day life. To make the most of this experience, check your schedule and ensure you can attend each session—it’s all about learning and connecting together.
This four-session series will take place on 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, and 8/5 from 10-11:15AM. Valued at over $100/person, this series is offered free through SPH.
Upon registration, attendees will be prompted to download the MIEA app (approx. $3.99) that is used throughout the series.
