Looking for practical ways to handle stress, find balance, and feel more connected? In our Intro to Mindfulness course, you’ll discover simple, effective tools for managing stress, all while building a supportive community. Over four weeks, you’ll develop skills to bring more calm and focus into your day-to-day life. To make the most of this experience, check your schedule and ensure you can attend each session—it’s all about learning and connecting together.

This four-session series will take place on 7/21, 7/28, 8/4, and 8/11 from 7-8:15PM. Valued at over $100/person, this series is offered free through SPH.

Upon registration, attendees will be prompted to download the MIEA app (approx. $3.99) that is used throughout the series.
