We are conducting this survey to gain insight from you regarding the graduate programs in Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences (EOHS) at UIC. We are interested in hearing from you even if you do not plan to pursue a graduate degree or already have plans to pursue graduate education in another field.
***All survey respondents will have the chance to enter their information for a random drawing for a $20 target gift card. 5 winners will be chosen from this random drawing on Monday 12/2/2019.***
