Sign up for SPH’s Health Justice Speakers Bureau

The Collaboratory for Health Justice at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Public Health (SPH) is looking for community and grassroots leaders to join our Health Justice Speakers Bureau! The names of members will be shared with SPH instructors who may invite them to speak in courses about their work advancing health justice. Health Justice Speakers Bureau members will be supported with materials to orient them to the graduate school classroom, as well as an honorarium.

Contact the Collaboratory for Health Justice at if you have questions or want to speak with a staff person instead of filling out this form online.

  • Have you spoken in a UIC School of Public Health course before?
  • School of Public Health courses are either in-person or virtual. The in-person location is accessible via elevator. The building is three blocks from the Polk stop of the CTA pink line. It is next to a parking lot for which we can provide a parking voucher. Virtual sessions will be held via Zoom. Automatic transcription will be provided for virtual sessions. If you have any questions about accessibility or anticipate the need for accommodations in order to fully participate, please explain in the box below and we will follow up with you.
  • School of Public Health courses are presented in English. We encourage Health Justice Speakers Bureau members to use whatever language they prefer. We will provide interpreters. What language will you be speaking?
