The Health Professions Navigator Scholars Program (HPN Scholars)

The Health Professions Navigator Scholars Program (HPN Scholars) is a professional development program for undergraduate students enrolled at the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC). The goal of HPN Scholars is to increase the number of individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds who are pursuing health professions careers by offering mentoring and educational programming. Through interactions with students, faculty, staff, and practitioners, program participants will be exposed to issues related to health disparities as well as learn about the various pathways into the health sciences and health professions.
