Why did you participate in Leadership Program?
I participated to learn more about the leadership and the program, and also meet new people who were passionate about becoming a leader and improving themselves.
What skills were gained from your participation in the program?
The main skill I gained was being able to provide and receive feedback effectively. In the classroom sessions that were very interactive and consisted of individuals highly committed in their leadership discovery journey, empowering each other and sharing different insights become really important.
What will you do with your new responsibility as student ambassador?
For the most part it will grant them more leverage among their peers. Also, it simply will make them feel more confident about themselves. Like, they could achieve more.
