Liz has a passion for coaching, mentoring and empowering professionals in effectively marketing their strengths, skills and experience based on their unique career goals. She has 10+ years of career services experience and currently oversees the UIC SPH Career Services office where she serves as the Associate Director. Liz previously worked at the central UIC Career Services office and has extensive experience working with job seekers and students across disciplines at the graduate, undergraduate, and professional level. She has delivered over 450 career-focused workshops to wide ranging audiences focusing on professional packaging in today's competitive job market. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Leadership in Higher Education and is a proud alumna of UIC where she completed her undergraduate degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Liz has received training from Gallup's Clifton's Strengths School and uses a strengths-based approach in her individualized and group career-coaching sessions. Some of her personal interests include long distance running, traveling and blogging about those experiences.

Jaime is currently the Assistant Director of Internship Programs & Employer Outreach where she provides strategic leadership in developing and administrating professional development programs to students, and establishes/maintains UIC SPH internship program relationships with partner organizations as both educational collaborators and potential employers. Previously, Jaime was the Program Coordinator for the Center of Excellence in Maternal and Child Health at UIC where she managed the student leadership programs, alumni relations, student affairs, and Center events. In the past, she also worked for a nonprofit where she coordinated the outreach program and oversaw the organization’s evaluation plan. She has been a member of the Staff Leadership Mentor Program committee at UIC for four years and serves as a mentor to DePaul University students through an alumni mentor program. She has a Bachelor in Science in Sociology and Minor in Women’s Studies from Bradley University, a Master’s degree in Sociology from DePaul University, and has additional training in strengths based leadership and facilitation. Her passions include women’s health/rights, program development, leadership development, mentoring, capacity building, and yoga.
