MPH

Three Online MPH Options

The School of Public Health offers three fully online Master of Public Health (MPH) degree programs, with concentrations in Community Health Sciences and Health Policy and Administration. We also offer the only fully online MPH in Public Health Informatics (PHI) awarded by a CEPH-accredited school of public health.

Each program is offered in a primarily asynchrounous format, which allows students to learn anytime, anywhere. Students are expected to keep pace with assignments, discussion, and exams as posted in the online course syllabus. Through web-based discussion on Blackboard, UIC’s online course management system, students should plan to log into the class at least four times per week. On average online students should expect to spend between 8 and 10 hours per week on course-related activities. The distance-based master's programs are all delivered entirely online. Campus visits are not required. For more information on our online options, please select your master's program of choice below. Click the following link to download the full ‌.
