ROOM RATES

UIC Standard Hours Rates are applied to university departments between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.

UIC Non-Standard Hours Rates are applied to university departments before 8:00 or after 5:00pm and on weekends.

Non-UIC Standard Hours Rates are applied to non-UIC agencies between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Non-UIC Non-standard Hours Rates are applied to non-UIC agencies before 8:00am, after 5:00pm and on weekends.

DEPOSITS AND PAYMENT

Reservations for rooms with rates of $75 or less require payment in full at time of confirmation.

Reservations for rooms with rates greater than $75 require a $50 deposit at time of confirmation.

CLASSROOMS

Reservations for classroom space are considered only after classes are scheduled for any given term. Class schedules are confirmed on the following dates for each term:
